At Mind Building Foundation, we are dedicated to providing exceptional programs and services for youth and families. Our refund policy ensures clarity and fairness while adhering to applicable laws and regulations.

General Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

Technical issues or errors caused by MBF that prevent access to purchased services or classes.
Cancellations initiated by MBF due to unforeseen circumstances.
Dissatisfaction with a program or service if reported within the designated time frame (see Section 4).

Refunds will not be granted for:

Failure to attend scheduled sessions or workshops.
Dissatisfaction due to reasons outside MBF’s control (e.g., internet connectivity issues on the customer’s end).
Completed programs or sessions where materials were delivered and accessed in full.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

Email us at info@mindbuildingfoundation.org with the subject line “Refund Request.”
Include your name, order number, the program or service purchased, and the reason for requesting a refund.
Attach proof of payment and any supporting details.

Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 7 business days.

Refund Timelines and Methods

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Cancellation Policies for Online Programs and Appointments

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session or workshop for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

Mind Building Foundation-Initiated Cancellations:
- If MBF cancels a session or program, participants will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

Dissatisfaction Claims

If you are unsatisfied with a program or service, notify us within 24 hours of the session's conclusion by emailing info@mindbuildingfoundation.org. Include detailed feedback about your experience. Refunds or rescheduling will be evaluated case-by-case.

Non-Refundable Items

Digital downloads, resources, or materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Donations or sponsorship contributions are non-refundable.

Compliance with Applicable Laws

Our refund policy complies with all relevant consumer protection laws and regulations, ensuring transparency and fairness in our practices.

Changes to the Refund Policy

MBF reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
